Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at Jodhpur
Upon reaching Jodhpur, our representative will assist you with the transfer to your hotel. Complete the check-in process and relax for a while before exploring the beautiful Blue City. Visit the magnificent Umaid Bhawan Palace, followed by the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, perched high above the city. Explore Jaswant Thada, a stunning marble memorial known as the “Taj Mahal of Marwar,” and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Balsamand Lake. In the evening, explore the vibrant local markets around Ghanta Ghar and Kalyan Lak, where you can shop for traditional handicrafts and antiques. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Jodhpur.
Day 2
Jodhpur to Jaisalmer
Start your day with a delicious breakfast before departing for Jaisalmer, the famous Golden City of Rajasthan. En route, take a short stop at the Jaisalmer War Memorial, which honors the bravery and sacrifices of Indian Army heroes. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, check in to your hotel and relax. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to explore the colorful local markets, shop for traditional handicrafts, and experience the city's vibrant culture. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
Day 3
Sightseeing in Jaisalmer
After breakfast, set out to explore the golden beauty of Jaisalmer, nestled in the heart of the Thar Desert. Visit the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort, followed by the royal havelis of Patwon Ki Haveli, Nathmal Ki Haveli, and Salim Singh Ki Haveli, known for their intricate carvings and stunning architecture. Later, visit the beautiful Gadisar Lake before heading to Sam Sand Dunes for an exciting camel safari and breathtaking sunset views. In the evening, check into your desert camp and enjoy traditional Rajasthani folk performances around a bonfire, followed by a delicious authentic Rajasthani dinner. Enjoy an overnight stay at the desert camp in Jaisalmer.
Day 4
Departure
Wake up to a beautiful morning in the desert and enjoy a delicious breakfast at your camp. After breakfast, pack your bags and check out of the desert camp before beginning your journey back to Jodhpur. Upon reaching Jodhpur, proceed to your desired drop-off point for your onward journey, taking home wonderful memories of your Jodhpur and Jaisalmer tour with Trail Panda.
